Since 2015.
We’ve been cooking Wisconsin events for eleven years — long before the trucks.
The kitchen came first
Lavender Haze Mobile didn’t start as a food truck company. It started as a catering kitchen, and the trucks came later, because more and more of the best events weren’t happening in buildings.
That order matters. Most trucks are a truck first and figure out the food after. We spent a decade cooking weddings, then built the trucks to take that kitchen somewhere it couldn’t otherwise go.
What that means for you
More than 250 weddings cooked since 2021. A full hot kitchen with a vented hood, stove, oven and fryer. Salsas, dressings, shrubs, breads and ice cream all made by us, sold at our own market table, and folded into everything we serve.
The chefs who cook a 200-person wedding are the same ones handing you a plate on a Sunday morning. There’s no second team.
Open-air, from the beginning
We started building outdoor dining experiences in 2020 — handmade tables, a bell tent, full setup and breakdown, a dinner in a field with no kitchen for miles. Madison Magazine covered it in 2022. We still build every table ourselves.
Part of a bigger kitchen
Lavender Haze Mobile is the mobile division of Lavender Haze Hospitality, a collective of catering, mixology, planning and venue brands across Wisconsin and Florida. If what you need doesn’t belong on a truck, we’ll point you to whoever it does belong to.
