Every week we’re at the same markets, at the same times, with the full table - fresh salsas, house dressings, dips, and small-batch shrubs and botanical mixers, plus whatever came out of the kitchen that week.

Sundays at Northside are where new things show up first. Seasonal products, small-batch releases, and recipes we’re still working on. If you want to taste something before anyone else does, that’s the morning to come.

Some weeks you’ll find the truck. Some weeks you’ll find our market table. Either way it’s the same kitchen and the same lineup - and if we’re ever away cooking a wedding, the market will know before you do.
