We run two trucks. Our 28’ x 8’ hot kitchen truck is fully self-contained with its own onboard generator — no outside power needed. Our 20’ x 8’ cold service truck runs off a small portable generator and is built for service, plating, and beverage-forward setups. Depending on your event, we’ll recommend one or both.

Yes — company events, holiday parties, and private parties are all things we cater regularly across Wisconsin. We also run a recurring workplace lunch service for offices that want a standing schedule.

We park the truck outside your building on a set day, every week or every other week. We send you the menu ahead of time, you forward it to your team, and everyone pays at the window — card or cash. There’s no catering invoice and no per-head charge to the company. See our Workplace Lunch page for the full details.

Every week you can find us at the Northside Farmers’ Market (Sundays, 8:30–12:30) and the Capitol View Farmers’ Market (Wednesdays, 3:00–7:00). Some weeks it’s the truck, some weeks it’s our market table — either way, it’s the same kitchen and lineup, including fresh salsas, dressings, and small-batch shrubs. Check our Find the Truck page for the current schedule and any festivals or pop-ups.
